14-Day Return Window You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original, sealed packaging.

Resolution Options For items verified as defective or damaged via photo or video proof, we offer a streamlined resolution to save you time and shipping costs:

  • Instant Store Credit: Receive a gift card for 50% of your purchase price immediately. You keep the original item—no return shipping required.

  • Standard Full Refund: A 100% refund to your original payment method. This requires the item to be shipped back to our warehouse for inspection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction.
