Order Processing We take pride in preparing your tools for rest and recovery. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently offer Standard Shipping to all addresses within the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes SoftXP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages SoftXP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
